Swagbucks is a website at which you can randomly win “bucks” (or points) simply for searching the web. The bucks can be redeemed for a bunch of different prizes. Oh, did I mention that it culls search results from both Google and Ask? It’s a wonderful way to get free stuff for something you do anyway.

Today, I discovered a wordpress plugin called twitter liveblog. I’m still playing around with it, but it looks very promising. Since the death of loudtwitter, I’d been hoping to find a way to only get certain tweets show up in it’s very own blog post. It looks like twitter liveblog might do the trick. So as of right now, I’ve suspended the twitter tools daily digests in favor of a weekly digest plus liveblog posts whenever I feel like it. I’ve been wanting to do more live tweeting, like of books or movies and this might enable me to do that while easily posting about it here. A blog like this one might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I seem to think better in terms of 140 character tweets (too much time on twitter, I guess) so this is what works for me. Feel free to take it or leave it.
And in other news, I would really love to get a smart phone (a droid, perhaps). Anyone want to buy one for me? (I kid).
