If you’ve visited haphazardry.net more than once since its creation, you’ll probably have noticed that it has drastically changed over time. The main one was that I opened this blog with one idea of how it would look, but then repeatedly (and sometimes frequently) changed my mind about what I wanted to do with the space. I’m fairly sure I’ve owned haphazardry.net since the summer of 2008 and couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve changed my mind.

At this point, the plan is for this to mostly be a twitter archive with the occasional post of substance. I mostly want to use this space to keep in touch with family and friends once I move for grad school in January. I’m not sure how much this site will mean to people who haven’t actually met me; I’m sure it won’t get much traffic, and I’m fine with that.

This will probably look its best in Firefox3, but should be compatible with Firefox2, IE6, IE7, Opera 9.5, Safari & Google Chrome. Please get in touch if something looks strange.

I have a bunch of blogs and it sometimes scares myself to think about how much time I spend at this. To be fair though, some of these blogs I just set up and they get updated automatically with no effort on my part. Most exist for my own personal reference and I’m not sure if anyone but me would care about them. A list of them can be found here.
